Lily Beth

Lily got to meet some other very special members of our "family."  For 53 years, Justin's mom has been corresponding with a pen friend, Ana, in Australia.  They started when they were girls and wrote for 25 years before ever meeting face to face.  Finally, fate and good fortune brought them together in 1980 when Ana brought her husband, Geoff and their 4 sons to America.  The families got along as if they'd all known each other as long as Sandra and Ana had, and that's the way it's been ever since.  Although we don't see each other too often at all, we're as close as can be.

Ana and Geoff are back in the States for their 5th visit.  This is a photo of Lily with  "Grandma" Ana.
